What's new this year?

In response to your feedback, this year we'll have larger booths, wider isles & optional extra tables. Expect the same vibes, perks and good times, in a new location with more room to breathe. 

 

Hours:

 

Saturday 7 November: 12:00-10:00pm

* Artist set-up: 9:00am-11:00am on Saturday.

 

Sunday 8 November: 11:00am-8:00pm

​

** Artist tear-down: booths must stay set up for the duration of the expo and cannot be closed down until the end of the Festival on Sunday.                              

 

*** Artists may work after hours on Saturday, but must be finished tattooing by 8:00pm on Sunday.

Payments and Refunds

 

Please note that we do not approve applications on a first-come first-serve basis. All decisions are made after the applications close on 8 March 2026, to allow us to make selections for the limited spaces from the full roster of applicants.

 

Successful applicants will be notified by 18 March 2026, and a non-refundable payment will be due in full by 15 April 2026 to secure your spot if accepted.

If you are unable to attend and notify us after 1 July 2026, no refund is guaranteed but the organizers will do their best to find an acceptable replacement at their discretion.
